Nature of the Service GTS Executive Chauffeur Services is a digital booking and intermediation platform operated by Global Trust Solutions AG.

The platform facilitates the booking, coordination, and intermediation of chauffeur, passenger transportation, airport transfer, long-distance transfer, and related mobility services in Switzerland and internationally.

Global Trust Solutions AG acts as an intermediary between clients and independent transportation partners. Transportation services booked through the platform are performed by independent transportation companies and professional chauffeurs. Each transportation partner is responsible for holding all licences, permits, registrations, and insurance required under the laws and regulations applicable in the jurisdiction where the transportation service is performed.

Global Trust Solutions AG does not itself perform the passenger transportation services booked through the platform.

Transportation Partners Transportation partners operate independently and are responsible for the lawful performance of the transportation services assigned to them.

Each partner is responsible for compliance with all applicable requirements concerning professional licences, driver qualifications, vehicle authorisations, insurance, passenger transportation regulations, safety requirements, taxation, and any other local or national regulatory obligations.

Bookings and Contractual Conditions Bookings made through the GTS Executive Chauffeur Services platform are subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions.

The identity of the transportation partner assigned to perform a confirmed transportation service may be communicated to the client as part of the booking process.

Prices, payment conditions, cancellation rules, waiting-time charges, airport parking charges, and other applicable conditions are governed by the Terms & Conditions and/or the individual booking confirmation.
